This website uses no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising networks. No profiling takes place. If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser. The installed apps are also covered by the app-specific notices below: some process data only on your device, while others sync through Apple iCloud or connect to a server chosen by you or your organisation.
This website is provided via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as content-delivery and hosting provider. When you access the site, Cloudflare automatically processes technical access data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system used, and the amount of data transferred.
This processing takes place to deliver the website reliably and to protect it from misuse, such as attacks. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. Cloudflare has committed to complying with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; details are available in Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you choose light or dark mode, the website stores the value light or dark under entner-theme in your browser's local storage and in a cookie for entner.org and its subdomains. The cookie is set with a one-year lifetime when you make a choice; the local-storage entry persists until you clear the website's browser data. Only your display preference is stored, not a personal identifier.
The website embeds no analytics services (such as Google Analytics), no social media plug-ins and no advertising trackers. No usage behavior is analyzed.
If you contact me by email, your sender address and the details contained in your message are processed in order to handle and answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for a contract-related inquiry, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries) in all other cases.
This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Individual apps have product pages at entner.org/apps/app-name/. Short addresses such as app-name.entner.org redirect to these pages. The product pages are provided technically in the same way as the homepage; the same statements on cookies, tracking and server log files apply.
Processing within the apps is described in the app-specific sections below. These notices refer to the app versions and features currently described here. Where an app connects to a self-hosted service or one operated by your organisation, that server operator determines how data is processed on that server.
This website also links to third-party services, including GitHub, PubMed and app stores. The respective provider is responsible for those services and their privacy terms.
The following notices supplement the information about this website and its app landing pages. They describe each app’s data processing based on its documented features. Where I process data to provide an app feature you requested, the legal basis is performance of the user relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), where that basis applies. Optional processing takes place only when you use or enable the relevant feature. Operators of self-hosted or organisation-managed servers are independently responsible for processing on their servers.
AirStack captures the audio source you select on your Mac and sends it directly to recipients on your local network. Device discovery, pairing and playback are handled on your device; pairing keys are stored in the system Keychain. The app documentation states that there is no telemetry, crash upload or developer cloud account.
CalmStart accesses browser bookmarks and, when you enable these features, frequently visited sites, recently closed tabs and tabs from other devices. Settings, layout, favourites and recently used links are stored in the browser extension storage; optional syncing uses your browser provider account. CalmStart does not send this data to its own servers. In Firefox, if a third-party favicon service is enabled, the relevant website domain may be sent to that service to retrieve an icon.
DevBrow stores browser profiles, cookies, website data, DevTools output and browser information on your device. Websites you visit receive the corresponding requests and any data you submit to them. If iCloud sync is available and enabled, profile metadata and settings sync through your iCloud account; tabs, URLs, logins, cookies, website data and developer logs are excluded. The app contains no analytics SDK. The camera and microphone are used only when a website you visit requests these browser features.
DokuPortal sends login details, reports, notes, photos and other entries to the server URL that you configure in the app. The relevant server operator, such as your organisation or its service provider, processes and stores that data; local cached data may also remain on your device. The server URL is stored locally and access tokens are kept in Keychain.
FutureBell stores alarms, their titles and times, and related settings on your device and, if iCloud sync is available, in your private iCloud database. Calendar events are read only when you use the calendar import feature; the app does not modify your calendar. Apple processes iCloud sync and App Store purchases under its own privacy terms. FutureBell has no developer server, analytics or advertising.
Hitze-V sends the coordinates of worksites you enter to GeoSphere Austria (warnungen.zamg.at) and Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com) to retrieve warnings, UV index and apparent temperature. If push warnings are enabled, the app registers with Firebase Cloud Messaging and subscribes to warning areas by municipality and language; Firebase processes the app installation or push token and the subscribed warning-area identifier. The app does not collect continuous GPS location.
Connection addresses, credentials and the ioBroker states you view or change are used to connect directly to the ioBroker instance you configure. Connection settings are stored on your device; passwords and access credentials are stored in Keychain. If your instance is behind Cloudflare Zero Trust, the connection also passes through the Cloudflare service you configured. The app has no developer data server.
KNX project files and the project information read from them are processed locally on your Mac. A project does not need to be uploaded for analysis. If you choose to save a project password, it is stored in the macOS Keychain. The app documentation reports no tracking.
OP-code reference data, searches, favourites and recently viewed entries are stored and processed on your device. The app works offline and does not need to send this data to a server. If you subscribe to OP Codes Pro, Apple processes the subscription purchase through the App Store.
The app connects directly to SAT>IP receivers and to playlist or programme-guide sources that you add or enable. Channel lists, programme data, settings and diagnostic data are stored on your device; server profiles and selected settings may sync through your private iCloud database. Credentials are stored in Keychain. The app operator does not receive streams or programme data.
Duty entries, notes and related settings are stored in the app’s local database. The app uses Firebase Analytics, which sends automatic technical usage events and an additional event when a code is used to unlock the app to Google. Apple processes App Store purchases; RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement information to manage the subscription. Calendar exports, if used, are handled by the calendar service selected on your device.
Duty schedules and settings are stored on your device and, where available, synced through Apple CloudKit/iCloud. If you export shifts, the app writes the selected events to the calendar you choose; Watch and widget features use Apple device syncing. Apple processes App Store purchases.
RemotePair uses local device and VPN information to connect a selected iPhone or iPad to Xcode over a routed VPN. For peer discovery, the app uses the Tailscale or NetBird tools installed on your Mac; the VPN provider may process connection and account data under its own terms. To activate and periodically validate RemotePair Pro, your license key is sent to Lemon Squeezy; Lemon Squeezy also processes checkout and subscription administration as merchant of record. The app stores local device identifiers and license status on your Mac.
ShadeClock uses a location you enter or, if you choose, your current location to calculate the sun’s position and shade times. The calculation takes place on your device. If the app requests Apple location and geocoding services to determine a location or time zone, Apple processes the location request needed for that purpose. The app operator does not receive a location history.
Tammad sends the credentials or access token needed to sign in to the Zammad server you configure, along with ticket, customer, message and attachment data required for your actions. The operator of that Zammad instance processes those records. If you enable push notifications, a device token is stored in Keychain and sent to the Zammad server; Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service are used for delivery. If you invoke AI assistance, the text and ticket context needed for the request are sent to the provider selected in the app or configured on your Zammad server.
Timai – Zeiterfassung
The route locations and transport modes you enter are used to create a travel animation. Apple MapKit processes map and route requests. The video is created on your device and added to Photos only if you save it. Apple processes in-app purchases; the app has no user account or media server.
UnterweisungsPortal processes account and organisation details and training records. These include names, email addresses, roles and tenant assignments for administrators, HR and auditors; for employees, department, language and group assignments. A training session may produce page progress, quiz answers and attempts, results, completion timestamps and certificates. Email logs contain the recipient address, message type, send time and delivery status; SMTP credentials configured for sending are stored encrypted. The SaaS service is hosted by netcup. Its published privacy notice states configurable retention, with a default of five years after soft deletion for employee data and typically five to seven years for training records. It also lists external SMTP and payment providers as recipients and states that processing takes place within the EU/EEA. Further details are available in the service’s privacy policy at unterweisungsportal.com/legal/privacy.
Viginti connects to the Twenty workspace you choose and transfers the CRM data needed for the features you use, such as contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks and notes. Data is cached locally for offline access; sign-in credentials are stored in Keychain. If you enable push notifications, the Firebase push token is sent to your Twenty workspace; the push relay uses Cloudflare and Firebase Cloud Messaging and by default sends only a generic notification with an opaque identifier. Voice notes are transcribed on-device. Apple processes App Store purchases; the connected workspace operator controls CRM data on its server.
Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery for this website. netcup provides hosting for UnterweisungsPortal. Depending on app features, data may also be received by Apple (iCloud, push, maps and purchases), Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Lemon Squeezy, GeoSphere Austria, Open-Meteo, Cloudflare, and the operators of DokuPortal, Zammad, Kimai, ioBroker and Twenty servers. The app notices above state the relevant purposes. Providers process data under their privacy terms; for self-hosted services, the server operator is responsible for processing on that server.
Data is not sold. Data is disclosed to other recipients only as described in the app notices, when you initiate it yourself (for example, through sharing or export), or where required by law.
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. App-local data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app. The retention and deletion rules of the named provider or server operator also apply to iCloud, Firebase, analytics, license, website and server data.
